Your Story photography is committed to the Health and safety of our team, our partners and our customers. It is as important to us as any other business objective and we strive to keep everyone safe and happy
at all times by:
* Complying as a minimum with current H&S legislation
* Ensuring all potential risks are identified and minimised with adaptation and replacements
* Training all staff on competent kit set up, maintenance, photography techniques, safe prop usage and recognising risks
* Understanding ages and stages of our posers to ensure no subject is expected to perform outside of their abilities (eg when a child can hold their head up for a tummy shot)
* Ensuring where present, the parent/carer is responsible for their child in all shooting areas and the photographer halts the shoot if they feel a child is not as safe as required)
* Responding effectively to any incidents - investigating and understanding H&S processes of that shoot setting/venue
* Monitoring and reviewing current process and driving improvements
